Short guide for tendering

1. Create account on e-Avrop www.e-avrop.com
2. Log in and go to the procurement (using this link: https://www.e-avrop.com/fmv/e-Upphandling/Announcement.aspx?id=34063 )
3. Click "Download and Subscribe" 
4. Click on "Tender" 
5. Verify your account, using your usernamne and password
6. Press "Add File"
7. Add your files
8. Click on button "Send tender" .
